My tankless water heater was making an odd noise for months and I wasn’t able to get hot water as fast as I used to. After trying another plumber with no success I found Chris. Chris came out the very next day and fixed both the sound and hot water issue in less than an hour! He explained the problem and the solution so I could easily understand what was happening. I can’t imagine using another plumber ever again. Thanks Chris!
Excellent. Highly recommended! Chris is very professional and thorough. Flow Pros was the only company that offered a price range for their services before showing up onsite. For a senior citizen living on a fixed income, this is very beneficial. I will recommend Flow Pros to my family and friends. I hope to use Flow Pros again if I have any HVAC or plumbing problems.
Here's why you want to call a professional like Chris. Anytime I do a search for HVAC a company like AJ Perry pops right up on the top on the page and it makes me gag. I tell anyone who listen the story of AJ Perry convincing me I needed a new A/C unit. I believed them but I was sure they were more interested in making money off of me than anything else. I got quotes and bought a new system from another company. Later on I catch up with my old co worker Kari Long. Her family has a very successful Carrier (HVAC) sales/service business for decades. Turns out the part AJ Perry said was not worth replacing was a few dollars and the labor and part they quoted was so far out of the ballpark of reasonable, Kari joked and said I told you to stay in better touch!! 5k lesson learned. So how does this relate to Chris from Flow Pros. Chris got me. He tried to make the parts of my blower motor work. He connected the power and showed me the motor was no longer working like it should. He gave me good expectations and had me sign after he provided the cost but before he did the work. He took the time to answer all my other questions. At the end of all of this I asked to add another task before he left and he was able to do it, despite another professional throwing away a part and leading me on about reconnecting it. When you find someone that you can trust, you owe it to your neighbors to share your experience. AJ Perry is paying for commercials off of their questionable business practices. Chris from Flow Pros deserves to grow because he will treat you fairly and will provide a great service experience.

Chris is a local, small business owner, whose service and expertise are second to none. He has both converted my above ground oil tank to gas and has done other work in my home over the years. He shows up, does excellent work, and I would encourage folks using him. You won't regret using him
